| Performance Dialogue 'One to One' Coaching
Key messages and words
- 'One to One' coaching follows the key principles of the Performance Dialogue programmes and our approach is consistent throughout. This means that anyone attending a Performance Dialogue coaching session or programme will experience the same expertise and opportunities
Why choose 'one to one' coaching
- 'One to one' is designed for people who enjoy and benefit more from this individual approach
- The focus is solely on you, which means that we can progress at a pace which is best suited to you, place the emphasis on those skills which will make the most difference for you, and gear the coaching around your personal circumstances and presentations
- It is often difficult for a senior person to commit to a set date and time in advance, in order to participate in a group programme. This approach creates the flexibility to choose and agree when to meet, where to meet and for how long
- This flexibility extends to how often you choose to review and develop your ability. Many people choose to receive coaching both prior to and following an important presentation, which means the coaching is very specific to that situation and provides a powerful impetus to your performance
- Senior leaders and managers may often wish to design and practice sensitive material, and 'one to one' provides a totally confidential and safe environment in which to develop your skill
- If you wish to share your experience or are perhaps preparing a shared presentation or platform, then 'one to two' coaching may be for you. This means that you have the added benefit of providing support and feedback to each other
- Location is as important for convenience as it is for creating a comfortable environment. We will come to you, you can come to us at our studio, or we can meet at another venue which is private and stylish
'One to one' coaching is an exclusive and fulfilling way to learn the art of presenting
